Julie Roehm is Chief Experience Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Abra. Prior to Abra, she served as Global SVP of Strategic Relationships and “Chief Storyteller” at SAP, earning the title as a result of nearly two decades of cultivating her passion for marketing, which she sees as a perfect blend of science, art and psychology. 


Julie’s expertise has been nurtured at some of the most recognized companies in the world, including 6+ years at Ford Motor Company, where she is best remembered for the much-lauded and innovative U.S. launch of the Ford Focus. From there, she headed up global marketing communications for the Chrysler Group, with responsibility for all branded communications for the Chrysler, Jeep® and Dodge brands. Following this, she went on to Walmart as Senior VP Marketing, which segued into the launch of her own marketing consulting firm, with a client list that included Credit Suisse, Time Inc., Whirlpool, Acxiom, ad agencies, and multiple startups in technology and new media. 


Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from The University Of Chicago Booth School of Business.
