If you are looking for a body shop or collision repair facility, this is the place to go. From the fist phone call to the last, ABRA takes the lead on pride of ownership, integrity, communication, and a dedication to both clientele and their team. I was treated like family, they communicated not just well, but in a way that they knew I needed. Everything was taken care of on my vehicle with precision, detail and thoughtfulness. Took my Jeep here after being in an accident. My front end was all sorts of dented and broken. I’d never had to get body work done and was a bit unsure of the process of it all, but everyone I worked with made me feel so at ease the whole way through. These folks were on it from the start! Even though most of the logistics were between the insurance company and Abra I still got updates from the office every step of the way. The staff are so friendly and felt so genuine every time we talked. I did end up having a small wiring issue once I got my Jeep back, something with a temperature sensor in my side mirror. They were once again amazing with their service, I just walked in and they squeezed me in to fix the issue super quick right then. Would 100% use these again if I ever needed to. The staff are amazing, the work looked flawless, and their communication was perfect every step of the way!

Car was returned us with a major scratch in the grill that wasn't there after the accident (photo 1). Also, the seam from the bumper underneath the passenger headlight bows out three quarters of an inch (photo 2) and doesn't tuck under cleanly like the driver side headlight (photo 3). Disappointed with the craftsmanship at this point. Will update rating when these problems are corrected. 2 weeks later... Car was returned in primo condition. They even shined it up. Now you would never know it was in a wreck. Giving it 4 stars because we had to run it through twice, but we are happy now with how the car looks and runs.
