Abra has done work on my car, and my son‘s car, and the work is perfect, almost exceptional. I used insurance, but even before that, their estimates are lower than the only other place in Grand Rapids that I would trust to do bodywork. Additionally, the detailing they do on the inside of the car — which isn’t really required — is some of the best detailing work I’ve seen, and that includes places whose only focus is that kind of work. The staff is great, and they listen well, even when there are delays or problems that are outside their control. I recommend this place!

Highly recommend for specialized Tesla repair. ABRA was very communicative throughout the process, the time estimates accurate and they were so friendly. ABRA worked directly with our car insurance, so each step was smooth and easy for us. My only complaint— I wish there were more locations throughout the state so we didn’t have to travel so far!

After pickup, I noticed a small issue (a broken front underbody cover causing noise), and they immediately took responsibility, inspected it, and fixed it quickly — no hesitation. That level of accountability and customer care really stood out. The repair quality is excellent, the staff is knowledgeable, and they truly understand Teslas inside and out.
