I had a pipe from an underground parking garage leak rusty chemicals onto my wife's Jeep. I ran it through the car wash 3 times and could not get the stain off, and It appeared to be etched into the paint, so I brought it to Abra off Central Entrance in Duluth. I was met by Jackson at the front desk who set up an appointment to see if they could remove the stain. Within 15 minutes they had the stain buffed out, and the car looks like new again! Thanks, Team ABRA, for doing such a great job with my Honda HRV! Joel, Christine, Randy, and everyone were friendly, informative, and fast. And my car has never been cleaner, especially inside (I laugh but it's true). I don't leave reviews but definitely wanted to this time.

Extremely polite and professional on the phone setting up the appointment, and in person when I went to get my windshield replaced. As a woman I appreciated them not talking down to me, or, trying to sell me things I don't need. Of course I hope I don't have to replace another windshield (ha!) but if I do this is the first place I'll look.

I am very happy with the repair work on my Jeep! It looks as good as new. Joel did a great job with it! Abra cooperated with the vehicle rental company in helping me to catch a ride over there. I was updated daily as to the status of my jeep. They were available to answer any questions that I had. It was done in a timely fashion and the work was done even before the expected completion date! They did a GREAT job! Yes, I would use them again and recommend.
