I met with Madisyn on a walk-in basis to report an issue relating to the front bumper skin wanting to partially detach from the bracket on the driver-side of my vehicle. She looked at my car, separating the bump skin from the bracket and reviewed the connection between the bumper skin and the bracket and found nothing wrong with either. Sadly, my problem relates to a poor design. She did not have to do this for me and I greatly appreciate knowing that replacing the bracket will not solve this issue. I was kept up to date either by phone or text message on the progress on my car. Painting, windshield replaced and left mirror replaced. When I picked up my car it had been cleaned and vacuumed inside as well as washed and waxed outside. Beautiful!
