The young woman at the front desk, who also answers the phone, was very helpful from the start. Cody S. was with us throughout the entire process. He kept us updated on the progress of the repairs and addressed any questions and/or concerns that we had. ABRA runs a very professional operation; they do quality work; and we would definitely recommend them. If you own an electric vehicle, they are the place to go!

My car was hit while parked and ABRA was fast to respond and easy to work with. They had to send my car to a Nissan dealership for one of the parts requiring replacement and kept me up to date during the entire process. Nice team and honest work.

I own a Tesla Model Y. The entire right side of the car needed to be replaced after an accident. They finished the job on time and under their initial estimate. Very high quality work, you couldn’t tell this car isn’t new. I was updated twice weekly about the progress. All in all, a very professional team. Highly recommended.
