Top notch experience all the way around. Insurance was an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with but Abra came in and absolutely turned the whole experience around. They communicated well, kept me in the loop, and produced a vehicle that looked even better than it did before the accident! This is a quality team who puts out quality work in a reasonable timeframe. I’m so grateful this is where my repairs were completed and for Abra’s top notch team. Big thanks especially to Dee in the front and adjuster Travis. I hope not to need repair services in the future but if I do, I know I’ll be in good hands at Abra.

We are profoundly grateful for their assistance. We were traveling to see my wife's mother who was terminally ill, when our undercarriage splash guard came loose and was dragging on the road. They had us repaired and out the door within half an hour at no charge. As a direct result, my wife was able to see her mother for a last time just before she passed away. Casey was great! Super friendly and super thorough! ABRA went above and beyond and was super speedy! They even finished early and their work was beautifully done! Hopefully I don’t hit any more rabbits, but if anything like that happened again I’m definitely coming back! Came back a second time as someone unfortunately rear ended my Lincoln!
