I had a smooth experience, they were on time with the repairs even having the car out a day or two before the estimated time and the job was well done, kudos to the team. What stood out for me was the exceptional customer service, John called to give updates on the car repair progress every day. Abra sent progress updates on message regularly. I only went in to have my trim fixed but it was the personal customer service they provided and the clarity that earned them a 5 star review. They broke everything down for me in a way I understood since I’m not that great at knowing my stuff when it comes to fixing cars and provided me with a few options based upon what I needed and could afford and the quality turned out great. They will have my business in the future should I need it.

Abra is a classy business with caring employees who greet you and work very hard to provide you with the service you require. The main office is clean, neat with a coffee bar and TV to make the waiting room comfortable for you. I had a vehicle that needed body work. John worked with my insurance company to complete an estimate of cost to fix the truck. John scheduled an appointment to do the work within a day. John helped with me obtaining a rental car and the whole repair process was documented in a text he sent to me daily keeping me informed of what was being done. The truck was cleaned and looked like new when I arrived to pick it up. Very happy with Abra.
