My wife and I have so appreciated our experience with Abra , especially Kristina as our "front person" regarding our Kia's repair. She was thorough, professional, communicative, accommodating, and pleasant during the entire process. The automated text updates were helpful to keep us informed of each stage of the repair. This being our first time ever going through the process of getting collision damage repaired, we were naturally a little nervous, but Kristina and the Abra staff and technicians did a marvelous job! Best repair shop i have seen in awhile, professional, to the point and what i liked the most about my caseworker (Ashley) is she was very knowledgeable on how my Dodge would have been totaled or not. Quick too! they had parts in painting and driving test was done a day early and how the updates coming by text was superb! i loved getting the progress updates made it personal and i felt well informed. They made sure i left happy and was able to get back in my buddy and they even updated the "limited" and 4x4 designs an upgrade in style! If this happens again (which i truly hope it doesn't lol) ill bring anything else or my ram 1500 back to them.
