Abra makes a frustrating situation better! Wendy was my contact person and she was warm, welcoming, efficient, and empathetic. She answered every question in a timely manner, and even arranged for someone from Enterprise to meet me there so I didn’t have to find another driver to take me there (which was provided by the other driver’s insurance). She’s the best!

I purchased a new grille for my 2018 F150 and brought it up to Abra to see if they could paint match to my truck color. They were not hesitant at all about taking on the request. One gentleman came out with about 5-6 paint swatches to compare the tone/fade of my current paint to ensure it was the closest match possible. Wendy was able to set up a time for me to drop off the grille and the rest is history! Went very well and extremely happy with the end result. Highly recommend!

Based on my recent experience with this establishment, I would absolutely recommend them to my family and friends when they need collision repair. I hit a deer on my way to work recently, and it bashed the front end of my Bronco all the way back to the radiator. I have owned it less than 8 months and it had zero dents or scratches. Needless to say, I was upset and nervous about having to be in this situation. My insurance company gave me the option to take it to Abra over at the Ford dealership in Town Lake. I didn’t know them or what their reputation is as an auto repair business, so I rolled the dice. I’m glad I did, my experience was very good. Wendy was the first person I met, she called right when they got my contact information from the insurance company. I felt totally taken care of from the start due to her attention to detail, and genuine service. She walked me through the estimate, explained the entire process in a way that I could understand, and gave me a reasonable approximation for when the repairs would be finished. The mechanics, painters, and other technicians did an awesome job restoring the front end to its original form and condition and they finished the work a day early.
