I had been having problems getting a ride with Enterprise when they said they would pick me up. On several occasions, staff at Abra offered to reach out on my behalf and helped me get where I needed to go. I want to give a special thank you to Lori, who has been absolutely stellar to work with every step of the way, whether it is this repair or previous repairs. The work they do at Abra is excellent and their customer service is the best you'll find! Very trustworthy people who care very much about their customers.

We had a great experience here! They keep you updated as repairs progress via text. Wait time to get the parts in wasn’t too long, the workmanship is perfect and they even Washed my van and cleaned the Inside of the dash… more
