The staff was fair, friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about providing great customer service. The repairs were completed with great attention to detail, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone needing quality auto body work, especially for a Tesla!

Abra has done work on my car, and my son‘s car, and the work is perfect, almost exceptional. I used insurance, but even before that, their estimates are lower than the only other place in Grand Rapids that I would trust to do bodywork. Additionally, the detailing they do on the inside of the car — which isn’t really required — is some of the best detailing work I’ve seen, and that includes places whose only focus is that kind of work. The staff is great, and they listen well, even when there are delays or problems that are outside their control. I recommend this place!

Highly recommend for specialized Tesla repair. ABRA was very communicative throughout the process, the time estimates accurate and they were so friendly. ABRA worked directly with our car insurance, so each step was smooth and easy for us. My only complaint— I wish there were more locations throughout the state so we didn’t have to travel so far!
