ABRA Princeton MN was an excellent experience. They handled the rude other insurance lady. My car was hit and the other insurance lady was very rude and even hung up on me. ABRA called her and handled it. I was told 2 weeks and it only took one week. They even detailed my baby for free. If you ever need a body shop Abra is the best. Thank you ABRA

Brought my vehicle in after hitting a deer, they were very thorough, and friendly. The estimated complete time was a lot faster than they had first told me. We did have a minor issue after getting my vehicle back, however they were happy to fix the problem the same day. The service was great, and my vehicle looks brand new!

Great experience all around. They got my car in after hitting a deer even sooner than expected. While it was in the garage they did a great job of keeping me updated on my cars progress and delays and they were even able to Squeeze it in for a windshield repair that was unscheduled. The work was completed on the schedule anticipated and my car was returned looking fantastic inside and out! I couldn’t be happier.
