Our family vehicle was backed into our shed and needed repair around the tail light & bumper. Damage was large enough to have an insurance claim and Ben walked us through what we all needed to get that figured out. He did all the leg work with our insurance company and timeframe moved along as expected. Their estimate of costs, estimate of timeframe, and heads up when it would be done were they exactly what was described on the front-end. I really appreciate the accuracy of what was described to what actually happened. I know repairs take time and I could plan accordingly! These guys have it figured out!
