In my case, the insurance company repeatedly tried to approve the wrong parts for repair, and ABRA made sure the correct parts were used. That level of attention and follow through made a big difference. Communication was consistent and clear. They provided regular updates and always responded within one business day, often within just a few hours. When I got the car back, it looked better than it did before the accident. They even went out of their way to remove heavy water mineral buildup from the rear glass, which is not something you typically see from a body shop. Overall, they went above and beyond. They are knowledgeable, detail oriented, and willing to push back when needed to make sure the job is done right. I would absolutely trust them again for future work.

Great experience! They made the entire process so easy. From dropping my car off, to getting the rental, returning the rental and getting my car back was so easy. My car was ready when they said it would be. They kept me informed on the status of my repair work. The work was excellent. I hope I don’t have to have body work done on my car again, but if I do, I would choose ABRA again!
