ABRA did a great job repairing my wife’s 4 Runner after it met it with a deer. ABRA got us set up for an appointment very quickly, they took photos and sent them off to my insurance company, and within a couple hours the insurance company had approved the claim, and Abra had already started ordering the parts. Mike got me in on a Monday and told me our vehicle will be ready Friday. The only problem is we had a wicked storm Friday and they didn’t get all the parts till Monday but he kept me informed of the process the whole time and his communication was excellent With me and the insurance company. Monday came and the vehicle was done just as promised. They did an excellent job and the truck looked beautiful. Work was done professionally on time gave me a lifetime warranty.
