I had warranty work done on my vehicle and was extremely impressed with the service. Instead of just repairing and painting the small chipped area, they went above and beyond and repainted the entire bumper at no charge. I traveled from Carrington, ND to take a friend to a medical appointment in Minot, when I was on my way a bird flew into my back window and the window was shattered badly. I went to ABRA Auto Body in Minot to see what they could do to have the opening covered, and within 10 minutes, 2 employees had it covered. My vehicle received some front end damage recently. My son took the vehicle to ABRA Auto Body in Minot, ND. Before even writing up the estimate, the great employees sprayed the car down so they would be able to see all the damage. Also took pictures of the entire perimeter of the car. The work on our front end required the headlights to be removed. I spoke to ABRA about this and asked if they would be willing to install new headlight assemblies when they put the car back together. We love our 2012 Ford Taurus but the headlights really needed replaced entirely. They agreed and were able to give us a great price for the new assemblies. When we picked up the car after a great repair I noticed a small scratch in a different area of the car. I asked them if it was new? They were able to bring up the pictures from the day of the original estimate and were able to show me the small scratch. That level of expertise and care they gave my car that day and after really allowed me the ability to be so comfortable with the end result. Thank You ABRA🥳🥳
