Outstanding customer service. Scheduling was a breeze and the ladies at the front desk were polite and professional. Having your windshield repaired (or even replaced!) is never fun, but they got my vehicle in and out quickly!
Abra did a great job. My estimator Travis, was just so helpful and gave me updates and and wonderful service. The grill on the car looks awesome and they made sure my car was washed and cleaned when I picked it up. Travis arranged shuttle service what ch made it so convenient. Their great!
My wife and I had a very positive experience. Dee the receptionist was very nice and friendly as was Chris who was overseeing our car getting fixed. ABRA got our car fixed in 8 business days after hitting a deer. Parts were ordered ahead of time and they started working on our car as soon as we brought it in. Chris kept us updated and was very helpful and pleasant to work with. We would recommend Chris and ABRA to all our friends and family.
This is the best auto body repair place in Sioux Falls SD. The staff, especially Brianna, were super helpful and efficient. She was very deligent in finding any damage that needed to be fixed. She also worked very well with our insurance agent. The worked accomplished was done fast and efficient, the car looks superb.
