Top notch experience all the way around. Insurance was an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with but Abra came in and absolutely turned the whole experience around. They communicated well, kept me in the loop, and produced a vehicle that looked even better than it did before the accident! This is a quality team who puts out quality work in a reasonable timeframe. I’m so grateful this is where my repairs were completed and for Abra’s top notch team. We are profoundly grateful for their assistance. We were traveling to see my wife's mother who was terminally ill, when our undercarriage splash guard came loose and was dragging on the road. They had us repaired and out the door within half an hour at no charge. As a direct result, my wife was able to see her mother for a last time just before she passed away. We had our truck backed into in a Sioux Falls parking lot. We went to Abra as a second estimate following an estimate from a larger Sioux Falls dealership / collision center (big name in Sioux Falls, wink wink). I worked with Matthew Hopkins and he caught two things the first estimating company missed entirely on the truck. When we got the green light to move forward with repairs, Matthew moved immediately to get parts ordered and our truck in the shop. The repairs were performed incredibly well and the truck looks great. The amazing part was we needed our truck back unexpectedly due to a family medical emergency 4 hours away. Matthew personally picked up our truck from getting the cameras calibrated and was wiping it down when I arrived. I was able to get on the road within the hour due to his responsiveness and empathy for our situation. His partnership was truly appreciated and I’ll recommend him and Abra over and over again!

Outstanding customer service. Scheduling was a breeze and the ladies at the front desk were polite and professional. Having your windshield repaired (or even replaced!) is never fun, but they got my vehicle in and out quickly!
