I’m very fortunate to have taken my car to Abra the first time I needed their services. ( I swear it was an elk not a deer) lol in any case there was $17,000 worth of damage done to my vehicle and for the amount of time they had it and everything they did I was astounded. Their service is incredible, their work is perfection. I just unfortunately had yet another accident and felt confident that you were the place to return to. I was was impressed once again at the friendliness, concern, and kindness in explaining everything. Mike and Megan at Onalaska Abra are two of the best people that I’ve ever ever done business with. I’ve told anyone that asks me that your body shop is by far the very best around. Thank you for being there for me.

Cole was the nicest person, that I've ever had, to work with! He was so understanding & informative! He kept up with the text messages regarding where about & what stage, my vehicle was in! He did all the paperwork, for having my vehicle repaired & coordinating with my insurance & for a rental car! Cole is awesome! I want to mention Megan, too... so extremely helpful! Great at the Front Desk & helping people and her smile! Abra is #1! Thank you All...!

Mike was great to deal with! (I also dealt with Joe for a little bit and he was just as great) Super responsive and very detailed oriented making sure I got exactly what I wanted done with the repairs. My car was done quick and below the original estimate price. My car looks better than it did before! I noticed the drivers side was vacuumed and the mat was clean and I really appreciate that extra part too!

I'm an owner of this ABRA location, so I want to be upfront about that—but I also recently had my own vehicle repaired here and went through the same process as anybody else would. The team did a great job from start to finish. Communication was clear, the timeline was on point, and the quality of the repair was exactly what I expect.
